Overview
The fermenter’s customization extends to a new-style sample valve, polished head, acrylic sight glass valve, racking arm port, and union connection glycol port. It includes all necessary hygienic parts like the hop port, pressure gauge, racking arm, pressure/vacuum relief valve, and a separate CIP arm and blow-off arm, ensuring a pristine brewing environment.
Technical
- A versatile 4" Tri-clamp port with optional sizes and a blind cover for hopping.
- A robust pressure system featuring a German spunding device for natural carbonating options and a 2" PVRV for reliable pressure relief.
- A Perlick-style sample valve and CO2 meter fixture, complete with a 1" Tri-Clamp for easy sampling.
- A cleaning system with a 4" TC hand hole and an optional spraying ball, available in fixed or spinning configurations.
- An array of valves, including three 1.5" Tri-Clamp butterfly valves and a DIN65 port for the racking arm.
- A CIP tube with a Radius 300mm and a 90° bend for thorough cleaning.
- An optional blow-off arm, available in 1.5" or 2", equipped with a valve for safety and control.
- Additional features such as a pressure gauge, adjustable foot pads, a silicon gasket, and an optional carbonating stone for enhanced brewing capabilities.
